By accessing or purchasing from JurisPrint Solutions Ltd. (jurisprint.ca), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are customers, browsers, or contributors.
1. Products and Orders
All products are made-to-order. Please review your selections carefully before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded, as all sales are final.
2. Shipping
We strive to ship orders by the timelines provided at checkout. However, shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, statutory holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, weather disruptions, service interruptions, and potential strikes by Canada Post or other carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
4. Use of Site
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products or service without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JurisPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7. Order Cancellations
While we make every effort to fulfill all orders promptly, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order within 48 hours of purchase. In such cases, affected customers will be notified by email and receive a full refund. This policy helps ensure fairness and quality service to all customers.
8. Intellectual Property and Content Responsibility
JurisPrint Solutions Ltd. does not claim ownership of, nor does it create or reproduce, any of the materials submitted by customers for printing. All content provided for production remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use, reproduce, or distribute any materials you submit. JurisPrint acts solely as a print service provider and assumes no responsibility for verifying or enforcing intellectual property rights.
Customers assume full responsibility and liability for the contents of the materials they choose to print, including, but not limited to, any consequences resulting from bringing printed materials into regulated or proctored environments such as the Ontario bar exams. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any printed material complies with applicable exam rules, including those established by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
