All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products being custom-printed, made-to-order study materials, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

In the rare case that you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
